We might reach for another coffee or push through a headache, rarely considering the invisible elements surrounding us.
This daily exposure to suboptimal air conditions does not always manifest as acute illness. Instead, it often presents as a gradual decline in alertness, a creeping headache, or a diminished ability to focus on complex tasks. These are not always symptoms of fatigue or poor habits; sometimes, they are the quiet invoice for spending eight hours in a sub-optimally maintained indoor space.
The Unseen Culprit: Carbon Dioxide
In many modern, sealed office buildings, inadequate ventilation can lead to a build-up of carbon dioxide (CO2).
